Friends-and-family MVP test
GoodGame MVP test notices
This early-access phase is intended for friends and family helping the GoodGame team test the web platform. It is a free development test, with real account emails and activity stored in AWS. These notices describe this phase; public-release policies will be reviewed separately.
MVP test terms
Version: mvp-test-terms-2026-10-06
To create a player account in this phase, you must be at least 21 years old and reside in the United States. Accounts receive free Bronze membership. Silver and Elite references describe future plans; this test does not offer paid memberships, wagers, paid entry, payment collection or real-money prizes.
Use GoodGame to find other players, coordinate squads and event lineups, arrange supported matches, communicate and report results. Actual gameplay takes place on the game platform. GoodGame does not verify platform ownership or game results automatically; organizers and authorized reviewers may need to resolve reports or disputes.
Keep your password and emailed PINs private. Use gaming IDs you are authorized to use. Respect other players, report problems honestly and do not submit abusive content, impersonations, payment information or material you do not have permission to share.
The test may change, become unavailable or have features disabled. Accounts, play history, messages and other test data may be reset or removed as development continues or testing ends. Do not rely on this test as the only copy of important information. Preview leaderboard/achievement content is labeled separately and is not a promise of earned rewards.
For help, feedback or account-removal requests, contact accounts@goodgame-app.com or use the in-platform support screen when available. Requests are handled manually by the GoodGame team during this phase.
Before broader testing or public release, GoodGame may require acceptance of updated, separately versioned terms and privacy notices.

Information used in this test
Account setup uses your email address, date of birth, residence state, display name and password. GoodGame stores a password verifier rather than a readable account password, assigns a GoodGame Tag, and keeps account, policy-acceptance and browser-session records. Optional gaming IDs and profile details help other players find and connect with you.
When you use the features, GoodGame records relevant friendships, squad/lineup membership, invitations, recruitment requests, tournament and match details, proposed times, readiness, reported results, messages, notifications, support requests and moderation/audit history. Scheduled times are stored in UTC and displayed using time-zone settings.
Hosting, images and email
This remote test is hosted in AWS, using the Ohio region for the configured application/database and upload bucket. Optional uploaded avatars and squad emblems are validated and processed into profile images stored privately in S3 and served through authorized application routes. Hiding or replacing an image does not necessarily erase retained storage versions or audit records.
GoodGame uses Amazon SES to deliver real verification, password-reset, welcome and Admin account emails. Email delivery providers receive the recipient address and message needed for delivery. Bounce/complaint feedback and suppression help manage delivery. Platform notices and chat are not automatically all sent by email.
Visibility and team access
Your display name, GoodGame Tag, membership indicator, gaming IDs and submitted player content may be visible to eligible members in the relevant profile, social, squad, lineup or competition views. Confirmed tournament entry rosters can be inspected by eligible signed-in viewers. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into names, IDs, chat or uploads.
Chat and support visibility follows room/participant and moderation permissions. Authorized GoodGame team members can review account and competition records, submitted support/report information and images to operate the test, resolve problems and moderate content. Technical administrators also have access needed to maintain the hosting systems.
Sessions and operational records
Browser cookies support sign-in and protect forms. Necessary operational/security records may include request metadata such as IP addresses, browser information, visited paths and error information. This phase does not introduce advertising tracking. Mobile/API participation is a separate release decision.
Retention, resets and requests
A fixed end-of-test retention period has not yet been set. The team may wipe or reset test data when this phase ends or during development. This is not a promise of deletion on a particular date.
Contact accounts@goodgame-app.com to ask about your data or request account removal. The team will review requests manually. Operational/audit records, retained storage versions and backups may remain while the request and test cleanup are reviewed. The retention/deletion process will be reviewed before broader testing; updated notices may require new acceptance.
